You’ll receive access to the recording and written key takeaways, plus the weekly reflection task.
You’ll receive short optional exercises to help you practise each week. Participants who share reflections receive personal feedback.
That’s ok. Our sessions are a safe place for everybody and practice is critical to equip you the best way we can, but it will be your choice to talk and/or practice.
No. It’s a standalone foundation course — and the perfect first step if you’d like to continue into our 13-week certification.
